Since assuming in June 2004 the City of Portland's contracts for garage management and garage operations of the SmartPark system, Star Park and the Alliance of Minority Chambers have decreased expenses by 32 percent and increased gross revenues by 6.1 percent. These efficiencies have resulted in a positive net revenue impact of approximately $1,600,000 for the City as of June 2005.
